Should an individual or a company be required to apply to the EMA for a noise variation, a Certificate of Environmental Clearance or a permit to determine discharges into waterways, then ELMAS is the company for you. We will handle the application process from completing the application forms, submitting them to the EMA and making the necessary media arrangements.
