Who are We?

Eco-Legal and Management Advisory Services Limited ("ELMAS") is registered in Trinidad and Tobago and started operation in 2001. ELMAS specialises in the provision of environmental, legal and management advice with particular reference to the emerging national legal environmental regime. The focus will be on advising and training corporations on the new environmental legal regime of Trinidad and Tobago, their environmental compliance and the strategies and means (technological and behavioural) by which to address any compliance issues.
