We at ELMAS understand the need for change and development if we are to grow as a country. However, we also appreciate that uncontrolled and inappropriate development can wreak havoc on the environment. Measures have been implemented on a national level in an attempt to control development. The Certificate of Environmental Rules requires that any major development project be assessed for potential environmental damage and that the developer must identify means of mitigation and remediation. We can discuss your development plans with you and help you understand the processes involved.
